Why is my product covered in a hazy film?
Sometimes, after production and we’ve packed and shipped the product, a hazy film-like appearance may surface. Don't fret! This is a natural occurrence from our anti-static process, which includes an additive derived from soybean oil. It's FDA, Kosher, and Halal certified, so it's perfectly safe.
How do I clean my ECR4Kids plastic products?
The good news is, our products are easy to clean! Just use some dish soap and water or a 1:1 vinegar and water mixture. Wipe dry with a clean towel.
